Summary of GRESB location settings

Review a summary of GRESB location settings that you can configure in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite.

The following list summarizes the grids that you can use to configure GRESB location settings:
GRESB Floor Area Coverage
This grid allows you to enter specific floor area coverages by building space. Note that this is only required when coverage is not 100%.
GRESG Location Settings
This page has two groups of settings:
  • Default reporting settings can be configured to instruct Envizi ESG Suite on how to report activity data when accounts or meters aren’t tagged with building spaces.
Note: An exception exists where accounts or meters tagged with renewable energy or water reuse / recycled will also report under the building space defined under GRESB Location Settings. For more information about this exception and tags in general, see Prioritization of tags and location settings.
  • Waste disposal routes, where you can capture the percentage disposal route by asset.
