Capturing Building Certifications with group-level grid capture

Use the grid capture method at the group level to capture Building Certifications data more quickly in bulk.

About this task

Using this method has the advantage that you can enter data more quickly, and you can copy and paste ratings across locations within the grid. Each year, users need to review the ratings to see if they are still up to date in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite.

To capture a rating, use the following procedure.

1. Navigate to a Group Summary page.
2. Click GRESB > Building Certifications.
3. Enter the required certifications and floor areas into the grid.
   • In the grid you can type a certification into each field directly and auto complete will look for matches, or you can select an available certification from the list.
   • If you enter the floor area covered, the value will be pulled into the GRESB Asset Summary. If left blank, then Envizi ESG Suite uses the total asset size as recorded in the Asset Characteristics tab.
