Giving users access to Sustainability Reporting Manager

A Sustainability Reporting Manager (SRM) user is a specialized role that can be added to users. Organization-level system administrators can assign users to the SRM role.

Before you begin

Log in to IBM® ESG Suite. For more information, refer to Logging in to IBM Envizi ESG Suite.

Procedure

  1. On the Envizi ESG Suite home page, from the header, click Manage > Contacts and Logins.
  2. Find the contact that you want to add the role for.
  3. From the Actions menu, click Login.
  4. In the Contact Login grid, select the contact.
  5. From the Actions menu, select Add SRM role.
  6. Click Save.

Results

The user can now access the Sustainability Reporting Manager. Depending on their access level and access role, they have different experiences in Sustainability Reporting Manager. If the user has a General User or View-Only access role, they must be assigned to questions to view disclosures and responses.
