Extract reports
You can run extract reports to extract data about your organization setup, users and contacts, accounts and records, and notes and attachments.
To run an audit report, from the main menu, click and find the report in the Reports grid.
The list of available Extract reports in IBM®
Envizi ESG Suite includes:
- Audit history
- Lists all changes that were made by users or a specific user in the organization for a specified
time period. For example, you can run an audit history report for all users for the last year,
ending in August 2023.
The report includes inserts and updates for all attribute changes.
- Notes Extract
- Displays all of the notes that are recorded for accounts, locations, groups, or the organization. Set the scope of the extract to organization, group, or location.
- Records & Cost Audit
- Shows the data that was posted each month against each record at one location or all locations. The report also shows when the data was loaded.
- Records Attachment Summary
- A list of attachments to records across the organization.
- Emissions and Energy Factors
- Lists all of the factors that are used to calculate the GHG emissions and energy consumed or produced with your organization. For more information, see Reviewing and auditing factors.
- Emissions and Energy Factors - PDF version
- The Emissions and Energy Factors report in PDF format. For more information, see Reviewing and auditing factors.
- Monthly Data Summary
- Displays aggregated monthly consumption, energy, emissions, and cost per month, quarter, and year. For more information, see Monthly Data Summary report.
- Data Completeness using Closed On Dates
- Compares the closed on date of all accounts with the end date of the last data record captured
for the accounts. The report shows any variances between the closed on date for the account and the
end data of the reporting classification group of the account location. For more information, see
Data Completeness using Closed On Dates.Note: This extract report replaces the Validation - Closed-on Dates extract report from earlier instances of IBM Envizi ESG Suite.
- Data Completeness using Opened On Dates
- Compares the opened on date of all accounts with the start date of the first data record
captured by those accounts. The report also shows any variances between the opened on date of the
account and the start date of the reporting classification group of the account location. For more
information, see Data Completeness using Opened On Dates.Note: This extract report replaces the Validation - Opened-on Dates extract report from earlier instances of IBM Envizi ESG Suite.
- Account Style Field Extract
- Detailed metadata for account styles including field types, for example, text, memo, drop-down list, mandatory flags, supported drop-down list values and help text, all formatted for ease of use when managing account data or designing automated uploads. For more information, see Account Style Field Extract.
The following extract reports are available as part of the Scope 1 & 2 GHG
Accounting module.
- Consumption Summary
- The report provides a comprehensive review of CO2e attributable to a location. The report includes a snap-shot of consumption (CO2e) by data type. This graph highlights the key contributors to the location’s GHG inventory trend graphs.
- Custom Emission and Energy Factors
- The report lists custom factors that are used to calculate the GHG emissions and energy that is consumed or produced within your organization. This report if available if your organization manages your own custom emission factors.
- Emission Sources by Groups [Scope 1 +2]
- The report provides the consumption and emissions data covered under NGERs, organized by group
- Emission Sources by Location
- The report shows how much energy was consumed, in kWh, for example, at one location and how much CO2e was emitted as a result. The report shows a monthly comparison to allow trends to be identified.
- Emission Sources by Location [Scope 1 + 2]
- The report provides uncertainty values for source data. The data is aggregated to the location and company level required by OSCAR and EERS.
- Emission Sources by Scope
- The report shows the split of emissions by Scope 1, 2 and 3 classifications. The report provides a snapshot of CO2e by scope. This graph highlights the key contributors to the GHG inventory by scope.
- Emission Sources Summary
- The report shows how much energy was consumed in kWh, for example, at all locations and how much CO2e was emitted as a result.
- Energy and CO2e by Account
- The report provides usage, energy, and CO2e by account or meter.
- Energy Consumption by Location
- The report provides a comprehensive review of the energy used in the selected location. A snapshot of Energy by Source graph highlights the key contributors to the location’s energy usage. The report shows how much energy was consumed in kWh, for example, at one location and how much that represents in GJ of energy.
- Energy Consumption Detailed
- The report shows activity data in native units and energy in GJ for all locations across your organization.
- Energy Consumption Detailed by Site
- The report provides detailed energy consumption information for a selected location. The first page provides a graphical summary of the total CO2e by month from Electricity and Natural Gas for the selection, and the total CO2e. The second page provides details of natural gas usage in gigajoules (GJ) and associated GHG emissions in CO2e. The third page provides a breakdown of the peak, off peak and shoulder electricity used, total kilowatts and associated GHGs emitted in CO2e. Gas and electricity consumption and CO2e are provided for each location that is part of the organization or the group. The data tables on the second and third page include data from both the selected period and the same period in previous year. The final page provides information on the CO2e emissions avoided through purchasing Green Power.
