Several reports are available for performing audits. The reports include the extraction of CO2 emission factors, notes, and attachments.

The audit reports are all extract reports. To run an audit report, from the main menu, click Report > Extract Reports and find the report in the Reports grid.

Table 1 displays the available audit reports.

Report Description
Audit history

Lists all the changes that were made by users or a specific user in the organization for a specified time period. For example, you can run an audit history report for all users for the last year, ending in August 2023.

The report includes inserts and updates for all attribute changes.
Emission and Energy Factors

Lists the factors that are used to calculate GHG emissions and GJ of energy consumed or produced in your organization.

It includes the energy and emission factors that are used for each data type and region. The report references the source of the factors and documents any assumptions made.

Only factors that relate to available activity data in your organization are displayed. Factors are reviewed and updated on a regular basis. For more information, see Auditing factors.

Monthly Data Summary A summary of monthly data held in all accounts of a location, group of locations, or all locations. For more information, see Monthly Data Summary report.
Notes Extract Displays all of the notes that are recorded for accounts, locations, groups, or the organization. Set the scope of the extract to organization, group, or location.
Records and Cost Audit Displays details about the data that was recorded against each account and when the data was loaded.
Records Attachment Summary Displays a list of attachments across the organization. Set the scope of the extract to organization, group, location or account.
