GRESB water performance indicator data sources
Review a table that outlines how IBM® Envizi ESG Suite assigns corresponding data source values to GRESB water performance indicator fields in the GRESB Asset Summary.
Data requirements for water performance indicators are similar in structure to energy performance indicators. The only difference is that water does not have a breakdown by data type as energy does, for example, fuel, district heating and cooling, and electricity.
The following table has four sections:
- Data availability, which is based solely on the months of data captured or accrued in Envizi.
- Whole building reporting, which will populate floor area coverage and maximum floor area based on recorded asset size.
- Sub-building space reporting, which uses location settings captured in the Floor Area Coverage pages if available.
- Water consumption that occurs outside of the sub-building is reported if the relevant accounts or meters are explicitly tagged.
Floor areas for water use the same location settings that are configured in the Reporting Characteristics tab and that are used for energy sub-building maximum floor areas.
In the Envizi data
source column, data sources are listed in order of priority. The system assigns the first existing
data source in the list.
