Copy a response from last year

When you respond to a question, you can copy a response from last year to use as the basis of the question, if available.

About this task

You can copy a response from the current or earlier reporting period if a response to the same questions exists and is marked as complete. You can specify which fields to copy. Alternatively, you can click a previous response to copy over parts of that response.

1. On the Sustainability Reporting Manager home page, click the name of the disclosure to open it.
2. Click a question to open the Response page.
3. Click Copy from last year.
4. Clear any sections within the response that you do not want to copy, for example, Attachments.
5. Click Copy to response to add the response from last year as the basis of the current response.
6. Modify the response as required and click Save to save the updated response.

Results

The content that is copied to the current response replaces the current text.
