Account data health check report
The Account Data Health Check report provides detailed information about missing activity data and about gaps in your data. Use the report to prompt you to ask your suppliers for data to complete gaps or to inform them about data that is in arrears.
- Data activity
- The Data activity section of the report summarizes the percentage of accounts that have had no data in the past 4 months. You can drill in to see more detailed information about arrears over extended periods of time. See which suppliers and which utility types are in arrears over various time periods, for example, 13 to 24 months and 24+ months. Click Account Information on the report to see more details about the accounts that need attention.
- Data gaps
- The Data Gaps section of the report provides insights into where gaps might be found in your data. You can drill in to see more detailed information about those gaps. You can change your perspective from consumption to cost data and see gaps in data across the last 12 months, 24 months, or for all periods. Narrow your focus to specific utilities and suppliers and see account information for the accounts that are associated with those suppliers.
