Several reports are available to see program details and to compare actual versus expected data.

You can open the reports from the Program Summary dashboard. From the main menu, click Optimize > Summary. From the secondary menu, click Monitor Results and select the name of the report.

Table 1. Program Reports
Report Description
Extract for Programs Provides an extract of all program information.
Forecast with Programs This report provides actual and forecast consumption and savings that are achieved through programs.
Note: Select location or item level targets when you run the report.
Program Actual vs Normalized This report shows actual consumption against expected (Weather Normalized) consumption for actions that are linked to interval data meters. The variance between expected and actual consumption indicates the potential savings incurred.
Note: Additional setup steps are required for locations (HDD/CDD base temperatures) and HDD/CDD Slope co-efficients for the individual meters concerned, and utilizes weather station data that is linked to the location to determine daily HDD/CDD values.
Program Projects vs Actual (By Action) This report shows actual consumption vs projected consumption per program, location, calendar month and data type, which is defined as prior year actuals fewer savings from actions completed in the period. The report can be run when a single initiative is identified as an action.
Note: Actions within the action plan must be linked to the appropriate locations and accounts, and have values for actual finish dates. The actual finish dates must fall within the date period selected. Initiative savings are averaged out per month based on annual total and persist for only 1 calendar year post completion date. It starts on the first month after completion.
Program Projects vs Actual (By Action Plan) This report shows actual consumption compared to projected consumption per program, location, calendar month, and data type. Actual versus project consumption is defined as prior year actuals fewer savings from Actions completed in the period. It can be run when a single initiative is identified as an action plan.
Note: Actions within the action plan must be linked to the appropriate locations and accounts, and have values for actual finish dates.. The actual finish dates must sit within the date period selected. Initiative savings are averaged out per month based on annual total and persist for only 1 calendar year post completion date. It starts on the first month after completion.
Program ROI by Action This report displays the program initiatives aggregated by action. The actions fall within a Return on Investment (ROI) time frame
Program ROI by Action Plan This report displays the program initiatives aggregated by action plan. The action falls within an ROI time frame.
