Adding notes and attachments

Add notes and attachments to programs, action plans, or actions to keep a record of project-related data.

About this task

You can capture multiple time-stamped notes and attachments. The timestamp helps to manage the plans and track progress.

Procedure

  1. To open a Actions grid, from the main menu, click Optimize and then click All Actions.
  2. Select an action in the Actions grid.
  3. Click The Preview icon. to open the Preview panel.
  4. Expand the Attachments section, click Add, and browse to upload a file.
  5. Expand the Notes section, click Add, and enter the note.

What to do next

In a similar way, you can add notes and attachments to programs and action plans from the associated grid. You can also review notes and attachments or delete them from the Preview panel.
