Organization Summary page

The Organization Summary page provides an overview of the performance of the organization. You can configure the dashboard to view performance from an energy perspective or an emissions perspective.

To customize the page settings:

  1. Click Page Settings.
  2. Set the unit of measure. In View As, select Energy or Emissions.
  3. In For Period, select a time period for the dashboard, such as 1 Year.
  4. Click Update.
Note: A timestamp, if present, shows the time of the last refresh of the aggregated monthly data on the page.

Gadgets

The gadgets that are available on the page include:
  • Organization details: Includes identifying information about the organization, such as:
    • Locations not in a classification group. Unless this is intended for reporting purposes, your system administrator must correct these locations to include them in a classification group.
    • Locations with region earth. Your system administrator must correct these locations because factors are not applied to accounts where the region is earth.
    • Locations.
    • Accounts.
    • Meters.
  • Performance over time: Displays energy consumption or emission performance, and the cost per month broken down by actual and estimated values.
  • Performance summary: Displays the total energy consumption or the total emissions performance and the total cost for a time period up to the last 12 months.
  • Data type summary: Displays energy consumption or emissions per data type for the selected period across the organization.
