Subscribing to updates

Subscribe to receive email notifications about updates to IBM® Envizi ESG Suite and the product documentation.

Before you begin

If you don't have an IBMid, create one on the IBM account page.

Watch this video to see how you can subscribe to notifications about the product.

1. Log in to My Notifications on IBM Support with your IBMid.
2. On the My Notifications page, set your email preferences.
   1. Click Delivery preferences.
   2. Verify that your email address is selected.
   3. Set the email frequency to Daily.
   4. Set the format to HTML.
   5. Click Submit.
3. In the Product lookup field, enter Envizi, find IBM Envizi ESG Suite, click + Subscribe.
4. In the Select document types window, select News and click Submit.

Results

IBM Envizi ESG Suite is listed in the Product table. When a notification is created, you'll receive an email notification. Click the link in the email to review information about the update and to open the product documentation.

What to do next

To review previous notifications, find your product in the Product table and click View.

To edit your subscriptions:

1. In the Product table, click Edit in the Document types column.
2. In the Select document types dialog, unsubscribe from specific document types. The dialog displays document types that are published so far for the current product.
3. Click Submit.
