Same month last year
You can use the same month last year as the historical period in the calculation of seasonally adjusted accruals for both cost and consumption values.
The method uses the same month last year relative to data gaps to calculate accruals.
Note: If an
account has not captured data for the same month last year, no accruals are generated. This might
occur for an event type of data, such as stationary fuel.

algorithm uses the same month last year in calculations.
