Monthly data summary report

The Monthly Data Summary reports displays aggregated monthly consumption, energy, emissions, and cost per month, quarter, and year. Data is aggregated irregardless of invoice periods.

About this task

Use the report to see a trends in consumption, energy, emissions, and cost over time. You can also use the report to verify the completeness of values in the actual, accrued, and estimated fields. The report is primarily used to:
  • Perform data reconciliation. Review data values and confirm data availability.
  • Perform data health checks. Review cost and consumption values and fix discrepancies.
  • API integration can be used to use this report in Power BI dashboard.
  • Perform emissions auditing. Spot check or audit your data. To verify emissions calculations, you can review the emission factors that were used. For further detail, you can review emission factors by running the Energy and Emission Factor report and cross-reference by using the Factor Link column.
