Capturing account data
In IBM® Envizi ESG Suite, you create accounts to capture utility type data, for example, electricity and natural gas; waste, steam, water, stationary and transport fuels; KPIs, and supplier spend data for your locations.
For example, you might create accounts for electricity and natural gas, production units and floor space, and purchased office stationary. Account data can be captured for any period and is normalized into monthly values for reporting purposes. When you capture data, records are added to your account.
You can manually enter account records, upload the data by using a template, and request others in your organization, such as facility managers at each site, to capture the data.
You can schedule the periodic creation of data capture issues, which send notifications to assignees to request that they upload the data to Envizi ESG Suite. By using a single form, you can request data to be captured for different account styles across multiple locations.
An assignee can open the issue and capture the data without logging in to the platform. The data that is requested is based on an associated account style. The assignee can add attachments to the record, for example, a bill or invoice in PDF format.
