Finding an issue

You can find an issue by using its issue number or you can filter an Issues grid to find your issue.

• If you know the issue number, search for the issue.
  1. From Global search, select Issues, and enter the issue number.
  2. Open the Issue Details page for the issue.
• To browse issues, open the Issue grid.
  1. Click Monitor > All Issues.
  2. Filter and sort the issues in the grid to find your issue.
• View a preview of all issues that are associated with a location, account, or a record:
  1. Click to open the organization hierarchy.
  2. Browse through the levels of the hierarchy to a node and click the node to open its summary page.
  3. On the summary page of the node, click the Preview icon to open the Preview panel.
  4. Expand the Issues section to see a summary of all issues for this node.
• To view Building Energy Performance Analytics issues, click Optimize > Manage Issues.
