Use Kanban-style boards to manage issues. Create a new board from scratch or use an
existing board as the basis for the new board.
About this task
You can create a board that is visible to you or one that is public, that is, visible to anyone
in the organization.
Procedure

From the main menu, click Monitor > All Issues.

From the Issues grid, from the secondary menu, click Boards.

Click All Issues to open a board.

Note: To create a copy from an existing board, click Save Board As.

Set these fields to refine the issue types that can display on the board.
- Required: Assign a name to the board.

Enter a description.

Enter a summary. The board is filtered to show only those issues that match the summary.
- Select a process to filter the board to match an issue type. For example, select
Data Capture and Data Anomaly.
- Further refine the board by selecting a category and sub category.

Refine the board to include issues from specific assignees and reporters.

Select a priority to focus on high priority issues.

Select a date in Issues created to focus on recent issues.

Reduce noise by hiding issues that are older than a specific number of weeks.
- Issues updated (last event) is most useful for issue
types where multiple alerts are linked to a single issue.
- In Potential Savings Greater Than, focus on the most
valuable issues by setting a value threshold.

Select a ranking to prioritize issues.

Limit the number of issues on the board.

In the Sharing field, limit the board to be visible by you or seen by anyone in the
organization, that is, public.

Click Save.
