Getting started with GRESB
This topic provides a high level overview of the steps required to get started with GRESB.
For more information about the following steps, see the topics in this section:
- Authorize Envizi
- Authorize Envizi as an external contributor for each fund that you manage.
- Edit group settings
- Log into Envizi and record the
GRESB Entity IDin the GRESB Group Settings page, which will provide the link required for Envizi to connect to GRESB. Also, explicitly set the group to be Active for GRESB reporting. - Create assets and capture asset data
- Create and update your assets, and in the asset data capture grids, review and populate your data at the group or entity level, or populate data in the GRESB location settings page for each individual asset.
- Configure performance indicator data sources
- Configure performance indicator data sources for energy, GHG, water and waste.
- Validate asset data
- Validate your data before you submit it GRESB.
- Submit data to GRESB through API
- Use either the GRESB Asset Summary (with API) page to submit data to GRESB through API for an individual asset, or the GRESB Group Review (with API) page to submit data to GRESB in bulk for multiple assets within the same GRESB reporting entity.
