Downloading data files

You can download your source data files from the Upload Files page.

About this task

You can also download scope 3 category 1 spend data source files that you uploaded to the AI Assist process from the AI Assist File Processing page.

For information about the retention policy for your sources files, see Retention policy for source files used to upload data.

1. To download account data and setup files:
   1. From the main menu, click Manage > Upload Files.
   2. Click the Export Data button.
   3. Select the file format, for example CSV, to download the file.
2. To download scope 3 category 1 spend data files:
   1. From the main menu, click Manage > AI Assist File Processing.
   2. Choose one of the following options:
      • To download a single file, select a file, click Action and select either Download Original File or Download Transformed Copy.
      • To download multiple files in bulk, select the files, click Action and select either Bulk Download Original Files or Bulk Download Transformed Copies. The total download size is limited to a maximum of 100 MB.
