Editing a disclosure

You can update a disclosure after it is created.

Procedure

  1. On the home page, click Sustainability Reporting Manager.
  2. Select a disclosure and click View to open the disclosure.
  3. Click Actions and then click Set Properties to open the Update Disclosure dialog.
  4. Optional: Update the disclosure name.
  5. Optional: Restrict the disclosure to a group.
  6. Optional: Update the disclosure owner.
  7. Optional: Include an approver of the disclosure.
  8. Optional: Update the default assignee and reviewer of disclosure of newly added questions.
  9. Optional: Update the milestone dates to the disclosure.
    1. Set a ready for review date.
    2. Set a complete by date.
    3. Set a due date.
  10. Optional: Update the reporting start and end dates.
  11. Optional: Enable the sending of email notifications to participants.
  12. Click Save.
