Creating a disclosure

Create a disclosure based on a sustainability framework and use the disclosure as the basis of a sustainability report, such as your annual report, corporate social responsibility report, or a regulatory filing.

About this task

The scope of a disclosure might be a particular group or division in your organization. You can associate a disclosure with a group and create multiple disclosures to represent other units. When you create a disclosure, if you restrict the disclosure to a group, only users with access to this group can view the disclosure. The group that is assigned to the disclosure is displayed on the disclosure home page.

When you create a disclosure, you set milestone dates. Milestone dates in the disclosure must be set in chronological order.

You can enable email notifications for a disclosure. If enabled, emails are sent to remind about assignments, to give status updates, and to remind about due dates.
Note: Enable email notifications after you add questions to the disclosure and you finalize the list of questions.
