Reviewing GRESB asset summary data in bulk

You can use the Extract for GRESB Asset Summary report to review GRESB asset data for one or multiple locations in a group before you submit them to GRESB by API.

About this task

The report shows real-time data in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite that has been configured and tagged for each of the GRESB reporting questions in the GRESB Real Estate Asset Level Spreadsheet. The values in the report are the same as the values that are displayed in the GRESB Asset Summary (with API) page.

Note: The report does not include values in the GRESB portal or any fields that are related to GRESB APIs.

Procedure

In the global search field, select Reports and search for Extract for GRESB Asset Summary.
In the Reports grid, click the report name.
Required: Select a group.
Select or search for a location.
If you want to view data from all locations in the group, leave the location field blank.
Click Submit.
