Monitoring data capture requests

Monitor the percentage of data captures that are completed for an issue and send reminders to assignees.

About this task

The Percent Complete column in the Issues grid shows progress toward completion for each issue. Any number less than 100% indicates that not all days in the requested data capture period are covered by an account record.

Note: Valid reasons might explain this missing data, such as irregular billing cycles that do not cover the full period.

You can comment on issues in bulk to send a note to assignees of multiple issues to remind them to capture data.

To mark an issue as done or resolved, you must have the Issue Manager work role.

Procedure

  1. From the main menu, click Monitor > All Issues.
  2. Filter the Issue Type column to show Data Capture issues.
  3. Click The Settings icon and select Percent Complete to display the column.
  4. For each issue, check the percentage of data capture events that are complete.
  5. Optional: Select one or more issues and from the pop-up menu, click Comment on Issues to send reminder emails to assignees to capture data.
  6. When the percent complete is 100%, mark the issue as resolved.
