Question: Why are fields like total cost, peak, or off-peak not extracted from my bill?

Answer: Ensure that the account style field label matches the utility bill description. If you have different supplier-based invoices, try creating different account styles based on supplier invoices. The total cost is inclusive or exclusive of tax. Accordingly, update the account style field label . For example, use Total cost without GST or Total cost including GST.

Question: How do I provide feedback about AI extraction accuracy?

Answer: After you click Extract values, click the How did AI do? button that is displayed at the bottom of the screen next to Save record to submit feedback about the extraction quality.
