Rate analysis dashboards

Use Rate Analysis dashboards to track the performance of your organization, your group or your locations, based on predefined ratio or intensity.

This dashboard consists of several parts and is used to analyze and benchmark the performance of your organization using ratios or rates. For more information, see Setting up ratio and rates.

The Activity by Period section shows the selected period compared to the comparison value chosen from the Compare With list. If you configured intensity targets, the compare to target option i is displayed in the Compare With list. For more information, see Intensity targets. You can also select from your preset ratios and rates in the Compare With list.

You can contrast your selected rate or ratio with previous time periods in the Activity by Period chart.

In the Numerator by Period section, you can see the performance of the data type group that is configured as the numerator of the ratio for the selected period as a bar chart.

In the Denominator by Period section, you can see the performance of the data type group that is configured as the denominator of the ratio for the selected period as a bar chart.

In the Locations Ranked by Rate section, in the organization and group versions of the dashboard, you can see the top locations ranked by rate. A line on the chart represents the total rate of the organization or group. It is defined as the total of the numerator date type group over the total of the denominator data type group. You can configure the maximum number of locations that are displayed and set the sort order in the Settings dialog. To open the dialog, click .

In the Locations Rate Details section,in the organization and group versions of the dashboard, you can see the individual intensity for each site that has data for the selected ratio or rate. Click the location name to open the Rate Analysis dashboard for that location.

To email the dashboard, click Actions and select Email Dashboard.
