Monitoring export jobs

About this task

The Data Export Status grid shows the status of all data export jobs, which were either manually triggered or automatically scheduled. The Data Export Status grid includes the following columns:
Dataset
Set to the Monthly Dataset.
Job Type
Whether the export job is a manual job or is scheduled.
Destination
The destination is PA for Planning Analytics, Amazon S3, or Amazon SFTP
Execution Time (s)
The time in seconds to export the dataset files
Export Status
An indication of whether the export was successful or an error occurred. If an error occurred, the details are captured in the data export logs.
Processed On
The date the files are exported.
Note: If you encounter errors with the data export to Planning Analytics, contact the Envizi support team.

Procedure

  1. As a system administrator, from the main menu, click Admin > Data Flow Automation to open the Data Services grid.
  2. Click the Data Export Status tab.
  3. If a data set indicates that there is an error, select the dataset, click Actions, and select Data Export Logs.
  4. Review the status of the export and the date the export occurred.
