GRESB Energy section
Use IBM® Envizi ESG Suite to collect qualitative questions in the Energy section and prepare it for submission to GRESB. The Energy section includes qualitative questions from the Energy page in the GRESB Real Estate Asset spreadsheet.
You can prepare qualitative questions as a location setting in the Energy section, including questions that are related to renewable energy.
The Energy section includes annual data, where a reporting season requires data for the two previous years up to the current date. Each year before the reporting season, IBM Envizi ESG Suite adjusts the fields on the page by retaining only the previous year's fields and adding new fields for the current year. Fields that belong to the last year in the previous reporting season, for example, three years before the current year, are removed.
To view a location’s final energy values in the Location Summary page, including both qualitative and quantitative questions, click . You can filter the Section column to display only energy values, and review the values before submitting them to GRESB by API.
