GRESB Efficiency Measures section
Use IBM® Envizi ESG Suite to collect Efficiency Measures (EM) data and prepare it for submission to GRESB. The Efficiency Measures section aligns with the Efficiency Measures page in the GRESB Real Estate Asset spreadsheet.
The Efficiency Measures section is a collection of true and false questions. You can capture the data through location settings either at the group level through grid capture or individually at the location level. Efficiency Measures do not require annual data and location settings are persisted from year to year.
To view a location’s final Efficiency Measures values, in the Location Summary page, click . You can filter the Section column to display only Efficiency Measures values, and review the values before submitting them to GRESB by API.
