GRESB Asset Characteristics section
Use IBM® Envizi ESG Suite to collect Asset Characteristics (AC) data and prepare it for submission to GRESB. The Asset Characteristics section aligns with the Assets Characteristics page in the GRESB Real Estate Asset spreadsheet.
All fields in Asset Characteristics can be captured as a location setting, but some fields can be retrieved from other areas of Envizi ESG Suite if previously captured. AC denotes the Asset Characteristics location setting.
Note that Asset Characteristics does not require annual data, because settings are persisted from year to year.
To view a location’s final Asset Characteristics values, in the Location Summary page, click . You can filter the Section column to display only Asset Characteristics values, and review the values before submitting them to GRESB by API.
The following table outlines a list of Asset Characteristics, where values marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
