Create reports to extract survey responses for your locations and to compare responses across respondents and locations.

PowerReports

A standard survey data set is included to suit the analytical requirements of your survey. You can create custom PowerReports that are based on the responses and scoring in the survey report data set. For more information about the dataset, see survey dataset.

Extract Reports

The Survey Responses Questions and Answers report exports responses to a CSV file.

  1. In the Global search field in the header, select Reports, and enter Survey Responses Questions and Answers.
  2. Select the report from the search results to open the Reports grid.
  3. Click the report in the Reports grid.
  4. Select the option to display the report on the screen, which is the default option.
  5. Set the scope of the report, such as a specific group.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Download As CSV on the report.

You can also complete the same steps to open the Survey Responses Questions Answers and Scoring Parameters to view survey responses along with scoring parameters and weightings that are applied.
