Monitoring survey responses
As a survey administrator, you can track survey responses to see what percentage of the mandatory questions are complete.
To view all of the surveys in your organization, click to display the Surveys grid.
From the Surveys grid, you can monitor the response rate of each survey. If you distributed the survey to 3 sites, you see that 3 response requests were sent. Then, drill down into individual surveys to see how each respondent is responding to the survey.
From the Survey Responses grid, for each survey, you can see the name of the survey, the name of the respondent, the date range that the questions apply to, and the due date of the survey. You can compare the number of mandatory questions with the number of answers to see how complete the survey is.
In the Status column, if the status is Raised, the respondent received the survey but has not answered a question yet. If the status is Investigating, the respondent has answered at least one question. The survey responses are visible to the survey administrator when at least one survey response is provided. When the status moves to submitted, the survey participant has indicated they the survey is complete. The survey administrator changes the survey to resolved when the survey is complete, which locks the survey.
From the Preview panel, you can see the underlying issue that is tied to the survey response. You can click the Issue ID to open the issue to track the issue details or administer the issue, for example, manually change its status.
To see the responses to each question, click a survey response to open a summary of the responses. You can see when the survey was last updated, and for each question, the response to each section.
