Setting up meters

Use IBM® Envizi ESG Suite to set up service points and meters.

Meters are used in Envizi ESG Suite to capture, store and report time series data for utility consumption, including electricity, water, natural gas, thermal energy, and fuel. Meter data is typically received from meter data agents or from building management systems daily, with each file containing interval data for the previous day. All meter data must be loaded into Envizi ESG Suite through a supported meter connector.

Only system administrators can create, edit, and delete service points and meters.
