Opening the Emissions Forecasting and Planning workbook

Access and navigate the IBM® Envizi ESG Suite emissions forecasting and planning workbook.

Before you begin

Verify that you have the correct role and permissions in Envizi ESG Suite. If you do not see a tile or app on the home page, contact your administrator.

About this task

Keep the workbook open in one browser tab and Envizi ESG Suite in another for easy navigation.

Procedure

  1. Access the Planning Analytics environment.
    When you receive access, you get an email from the IBM Planning Analytics SaaS console with a link to the PA environment. Log in to open the Envizi Planning Analytics home page.
    To access the PA environment from Envizi ESG Suite home page, click Planning Analytics from Quick Links.
  2. Navigate the Envizi ESG Suite emissions forecasting and planning workbook.
    The Planning Analytics home page shows a welcome screen and tiles in the Quick Launch section: Applications and Plans, Reports and Analysis, Data and Models, and Administration. Visibility depends on your role.
  3. Go to Applications and Plans > My Applications and open the Envizi emissions forecasting and planning application.
    The application shows a tabbed interface with worksheets: Baseline Forecast, Scenario Modeling, Program Setup, Program Analysis, Export Targets, and Export Programs. Use the tabs to move from data exploration to scenario creation and export.

Results

You are ready to create forecasts and programs. Select Begin on the welcome page to open the Baseline Forecast worksheet.
