Enabling multiple languages

A system administrator can enable multi-language support in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite.

Before you begin

Review the list of languages that are supported and understand which content is translated. For more information, see Support for multiple languages.

About this task

Note: When you enable multi-language support, the translated versions of PowerReports are available within 24 hours.

When a user changes the language in Personal settings, due to data caching in Microsoft Power BI, it can take up to 30 minutes before the language change is reflected in PowerReports.

Procedure

  1. As a system administrator, from the main menu, click Admin > Organization Preferences.
  2. In the General Preferences section, click User Interface Preferences.
  3. Select Yes from Multi-Language Support.
  4. Click Save.
