You can administer IBM® Envizi ESG Suite by setting up users, configuration reporting and organization preferences, and by managing data files.

Setting dashboard and reporting preferences
A system administrator can configure preferences for reports and dashboards for the organization in IBM Envizi ESG Suite.
Enabling multiple languages
A system administrator can enable multi-language support in IBM Envizi ESG Suite.
Setting up the logo
You can add a logo for your company to the IBM Envizi ESG Suite home page.
Setting up the banner
In IBM Envizi ESG Suite, you can configure the banner on the home page to display an image and a message.
Setting a password policy
Create a password policy for your organization in IBM Envizi ESG Suite. Define rules such as the minimum length of a password and the number of retry attempts allowed.
Setting issue preferences
Configure notification settings for issues. Users can be notified of updates to issues. You can specify which type of users to notify. You can also customize the message that is displayed in the issue about replying to the email.
Setting an exchange rate policy
Set an exchange rate policy for your organization if you operate in multiple counties. Based on the exchange rate policy, currencies are converted into your reporting currency.

To add a user to IBM Envizi ESG Suite, you can either create a contact for a user and then you create a login for the user and assign the appropriate access level, or you can create a contact and login in one step.

You can add account data in bulk to Envizi ESG Suite by populating templates and uploading the files.
Setting up Data Flow Automation
Data Flow Automation is a collection of data services and pipelines that you can use to automate the flow of data into and out of Envizi ESG Suite.
