Connectors support the transformation of files containing account or meter data into one of the universal file loading templates in IBM® Envizi ESG Suite.

To obtain a connector, you must purchase a Connector AddOn subscription and engage a service provider, either IBM Expert Labs or an Envizi ESG Suite partner, to design and develop the connector. When the connector is built, you can use the connector by linking it to a Data Flow Automation file loading with transformation pipeline. IBM Envizi ESG Suite also offers custom API integrations where you can retrieve account or meter data from an external source and transform and load the data into Envizi ESG Suite. The solution has two parts:
  1. A Custom API Integration must be purchased through an IBM Expert Labs scope of works. This covers the design and development of the API service to retrieve data from the external source.
  2. A Connector subscription is required to transform the retrieved data from the API into one of the universal templates for data loading in Envizi ESG Suite.
