Reviewing Account styles
View the list of account styles that are available in your organization.
About this task
An account style determines the supported data capture fields, reporting units, and emission or
energy reporting output of your data. You can review Account Styles that are available in your
organization, together with their captions, scope, and their associated data type details from the
Account Styles page.
Note: The Account Styles page is
restricted to system administrator users only
The columns in the Account Styles table are as follows:
- Account Style Caption
- Account Style name that is being used and displayed in most reports and dashboards.
- Number of Accounts
- The number of accounts that are associated with the account style. This is an attribute of the account style’s parent data type.
- Scope
- The emissions scope of the account style. This is an attribute of the account style’s parent data type.
- Date Type
- The parent reporting entity of the account style. Each account style belongs to a data type. The Data Type typically follows the format of name [unit], for example, Electricity [kWh].
- Data Type Caption
- An optional field. An alternative name for the data types that is used in reports and dashboards for your organization. Applicable when the Data Type Alias feature is enabled for your organization only.
- Data Type Category
- Parent reporting entity of data type. Typically a collection of data types with different reporting units but that belong to the same broader reporting class, such as electricity.
- AI Assist - Mapped Classification
- Where applicable, it shows the system mapped USEEIO 66 Commodity Class for the account style. Only applicable when AI Assist is used for scope 3 spend-data account style allocations.
Procedure
- As a system administrator to open the Account Styles grid, click .
- Click to review the list of account styles offline.
