Account settings

In IBM® Envizi ESG Suite, account settings are used to capture additional account details.

To open the Account Settings page, complete these steps:
  1. From the main menu, click Manage > Accounts to open the Accounts grid.
  2. Select an account in the grid, click Actions and select Account Settings from the menu.
The following settings are available:
Additional Details
Records optional information that can be used in certain client account styles.
Supply Information
Captures optional metadata for the supplier of the account.
Free Attribute Fields
Free text fields that capture additional metadata about the account.
Tariff Fields
Used by clients that have the bill and tariffs module (no longer available to new clients).
Billing Register Account Fields
Used for billing register style accounts (manual meter reading accounts). For more information, see Billing register accounts.
Weather Normalization Details
Used to support the Utility Bill Analytics weather normalization functions. For more information, see Utility weather data normalization.
