Tape Systems TS4300 / TS4500 / TS7700 / Diamondback - Download license keys

When you purchase a new feature for your Tape System, you can visit Storage License Management. Here you can download the license keys to activate the feature. The following features are supported for Tape Libariries TS4300 / TS4500 / TS7700 / Diamondback:

Download storage license keys

  • Storage license keys available for download are listed by feature.
  • Each license key has other attributes, like sequence number (applicable for TS7700 products) and date (applicable for TS7700, TS4500, Diamondback products).
  • You need to select at least one record.
  • You can download the selected results as a formatted text file (TXT).

You can search for license keys:

By serial number - You need to select the model and serial number.

By customer - Selecting a customer brings the list of tape machines based on your profile.

By plant order number - You can find the license keys by searching with the order number.

Authorizations

No special authorization is required to find available license keys - you need to provide the relevant search value.
