View My Authorizations
Any authorized user can view their authorizations by following the steps:
- Click the Profile icon on upper right part of the page.
- Click View My Authorizations application.
- Use the Actions menu on your customer number row and select View authorizations to see its details.
A couple of different authorizations types per application are provided so that a user can be granted:
View information
- Search inventory (Inventory Explorer and Base Composer)
- Run reports (Data Reports)
- View existing machines and requests related to Virtual Serial Numbers (Power Capacity on Demand)
- View pools, machines, capacity credits (Power Enterprise Pools)
- Convert pool from prepaid to monthly billing (Power Enterprise Pools - Business Partners only)
- List supported Storage machines (Storage License Management)
- List supported Power machines (Update Access Keys)

Update information
- Upgrade Power software version and release (Software Updates)
- Purchase Elastic capacity (Power Capacity on Demand)
- Generate new Virtual Serial Numbers (Power Capacity on Demand)
- Create new pools (Power Enterprise Pools)
- Convert pool from prepaid to monthly billing (Power Enterprise Pools - IBMers and End Customers)
- Add available or purchase new capacity credits for pools (Power Enterprise Pools)
