Inventory Migration - Migrate resources guide

1. To initiate migration, select a value from the Customer list.
2. (If applicable) use the Related customers (optional) list to select more customer numbers from the same legal enterprise as the previously selected customer.

1. Select one or more machines from the list to which you want to migrate the resources to
2. On the blue action bar, click the Assign as target option. They are de-activated and marked Assigned as target
3. Your machine choices are displayed on the Selected target machines table further in the page

1. Select one or more machines from the list that you want to migrate the resources from
2. On the blue action bar, click the Assign as donor option. They are de-activated and marked Assigned as donor
3. Your machine choices are displayed on the Selected donor machines table further in the page

1. Define the number of hardware activations and software entitlements to be migrated from donors to targets machines
2. When resources are selected as expected, click the Review the transfer list button

1. You can review the migration details by clicking the chevron sign on rows
2. Once review is complete, click the Confirm migration button

Terms and conditions can be reviewed and need to be accepted in order to move on with the migration process.

When the migration is complete, a final summary of performed transactions is shown with list of donors, targets, items migrated to targets and items remaining on donors machines.
