- Update Access keys:
- Missing key or failed renewal
- Open a case by Action > 'Get Help'.
- On ESS website > My Entitled Hardware > Update Access Keys
- Load a list of machines from your profile or by using a serial number.
- Select the machine and key type you need to work with.
- Under 'Actions' in the header > select the three dots > select 'Get Help' from the menu.
- Fill out the request form.
- A case is opened with IBM hardware support team.
- Open a case in FixCentral (only for internal users).
- Open a case by Action > 'Get Help'.
