Base Composer - How to access
If you are an IBM Distributor (Tier 1) or an IBM Business Partner (Tier 2) who is using e-config on Cloud or CPQ Hub, you are authorized to get access to Base Composer application.
To get access to Base Composer, click the Register BP access option under My Profile menu on upper right part of the page inside ESS.
When this option is selected, your profile in Partner Plus is verified and Base Composer grant is registered.
