Creating a work area in Basic mode
Create a work area to share changes with your team.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Right-click the Engineering Workflow Management Shell taskbar icon; then click .
- In the Create Work Area wizard, on the Create Work Area page, click Select Work Area and select a folder for your work area. If you specify a new folder name, that folder is created as your work area.
- Click Next.
- On the Accept Team Invitation page, paste the text from the email invitation.
- Click Next.
- On the Source Control Configuration page, click Select File Path and specify the SCM configuration file, or paste the URI for the team’s stream.
- Click Next.
- Optional: On the Load Rule page, click Select Load Rule and select a load rule file. Click Finish.
