Creating development plans
Plans show a brief
overview of the significant goals and the work items for a release
or an iteration of a development project.
In a plan, you
can view and manage work items and team loads for the plan. You can
review progress in charts or progress indicators, and you can display
at-a-glance information about a plan on its dashboard.
Note: In a scrum process, a release plan is called release backlog and
a phase plan is called a sprint backlog.
