Prerequisites

Before you configure process enforcement for Git Push operations, ensure that your environment meets certain requirements.

To configure process enforcement, ensure that you have met these prerequisites:

You have completed the tasks described in Configuring the basic integration with GitLab.
You have completed the tasks described in Integrate GitLab with EWM
GitLab and IBM® Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) share a common user base. See Using a shared user base for the Git hosting server and EWM for details.
