Entering time for a work item in the web client

In the work item editor, you can record the number of hours per day that you spend on a work item. You can associate each work item with one or more time codes, which categorize work. For example, you might categorize your work against these time codes: development, review, and testing. You can add or delete time codes in the project area editor.

Before you begin

To enter time for a work item, you must be the owner of the work item.
