Adding multiple files using the component editor

Using the component editor, you can now upload multiple files at once. You can also edit properties, such as encoding, executable, and line delimiter, before you upload the files to the stream.

1. In the web client, click Source Control > Streams, and then select the stream.
2. Click the component, and then click the Repository Files tab.
3. Click Add File to add files directly or Create Folder to add files under a folder.
4. In the New file(s) section, click Choose Files, select one or more files, and then click Open.
5. Under Action, using Edit File Properties, you can modify the file properties, such as encoding, executable, and line delimiter, before you upload the files to the stream.
   
6. Enter a comment or associate a work item with the operation.
7. Click Save.
