- Improve the rich text editing experience in an Engineering Test Management artifact and any large HTML fields

- The rich text toolbar now features updated icons for various actions, available while editing rich text in an Engineering Test Management artifact and any large HTML fields. The icon‑only menu is moved to a horizontal position, making the actions more visible.
- You can now use new keyboard shortcuts to apply rich text formatting when editing rich text in an Engineering Test Management artifact and large HTML fields. These shortcuts are consistent across all browsers, making the experience more seamless. For more information, see Keyboard shortcuts.
- The custom right‑click menu is no longer available; the browser’s default context menu now appears on right‑click.
- When you run a manual script, you can now change the execution step to Inconclusive by using the Ctrl + Shift + Alt + I keys.
- Resize inline images
- You can now resize inline images added in the Engineering Test Management artifacts and large HTML fields. You can resize an image by dragging the handles that appear on all four corners to the desired dimensions.
- Accessibility help dialog for rich‑text editing
- You can now use the Accessibility help dialog when working with rich text in work item descriptions or large HTML fields. It provides a quick reference to all keyboard shortcuts for rich text editing, helping you to work more efficiently without relying on a pointing device.To open the Accessibility help dialog, you can click the Accessibility Help button on the rich text toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut Alt + 0 on Windows and Option + 0 on Mac.
- Disabled inaccessible RM links in QM CM‑enabled project areas
- The Requirement Management links that cannot be accessed in the QM CM-enabled project areas are
disabled. When a user hovers over one of these links, a message appears:
The artifact cannot be found. It might be deleted or archived, you might not have permission to access it, or it might not be visible in this configuration.
If the linked requirement cannot be found:For more information, see Cross-project links.- ID is displayed if the ID of the linked requirement is available in QM.
- Name is displayed if the ID of the linked requirement is not available in QM.

- Create baseline
- The Create Baseline function provides an option to create a historical baseline of a stream. This option allows you to select a date and time in the past to capture the state of the artifacts then. The baseline that is created is referred as historical baseline and is similar to any other baselines.

- Improved PDF export
- The Export PDF option now handles invalid XHTML content that previously
caused the operation to fail. A new
tidyrequired
optional parameter is added to the Reportable REST API to return well-formed XHTML for Rich Text content. It helps to ensure the standardized formatting and improved readability.
