Receiving email notifications for changes to test artifacts
If you create or own test artifacts, you can configure user-level preferences to receive email notifications for any changes that occur to the artifacts.

Subscribing to test artifacts
You subscribe to test artifacts in the test artifact editor. For example, you can open a test case execution record and, click the Add icon to subscribe to the test suite execution record. You can subscribe to multiple records to receive email notifications. In the test execution records list view, select the test execution records. Click the Actions icon and select Subscribe to Execution Records. You can subscribe yourself and other team members to the execution records.

In the test artifact editor, you can view the details of subscribers in the
Subscribers pane. The Subscribers pane displays photos of
the subscribers, if the subscribers provide them. The following image shows the subscriber section
for an execution record:
On the user profile page, you can set a preference to receive email notifications in HTML format. Click . In the Mail Configuration section, select the Format Email Messages in HTML check box.
Viewing your subscriptions
You can view all of your artifact subscriptions in a list view. This view displays all artifacts that you are currently subscribed to and provides row actions to unsubscribe from the artifacts. To open this view, click .
On the My Artifact Subscriptions page, you can select artifacts that you want to unsubscribe
from. The following image shows the subscription page:
